At SkyHigh Golf Lounge, we strive to deliver an exceptional experience with our golf simulators, barista-style coffee, snacks, and relaxation zones. Our refund policy ensures fairness while reflecting the premium nature of our services. Please review the terms below:

 

1. Simulator Bookings

 

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled simulator session.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability.

  • No-shows forfeit the booking fee without refund or credit.

2. Coffee, Snacks, and Merchandise

 

  • Refunds or replacements are offered for food and beverage purchases if the item is defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, provided you notify staff immediately upon receipt.

  • Merchandise (if applicable) may be returned within 7 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging, for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Membership Fees

 

  • Monthly or annual membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, except as required by law.

  • If you cancel your membership, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining term, but you’ll retain benefits until the paid period ends.

  • New members may request a refund within 7 days of initial sign-up if no services have been used, subject to a $25 administrative fee.

4. Special Events or Packages

 

  • Refunds for special events, promotions, or bundled packages (e.g., simulator + snack deals) depend on the specific terms disclosed at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, these are non-refundable after 24 hours from booking.

5. Exceptions

 

  • Refunds beyond this policy may be granted at SkyHigh’s sole discretion due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., airport closures, equipment failure). Contact us promptly to discuss.

  • Statutory refund rights under applicable state or federal law are not affected by this policy.

6. Process
