SkyHigh Golf Lounge provides an indoor golf simulator experience for entertainment purposes only. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with golf activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from equipment use, swinging clubs, or environmental factors. SkyHigh Golf Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Guests must follow all safety instructions, use only provided or approved equipment, and ensure their swing area is clear before use. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Participation is at your own risk. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals for unsafe behavior or noncompliance with rules. Additional terms may apply as required by airport authorities.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the facilities, services, or website of SkyHigh Golf Lounge ("SkyHigh," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. Services SkyHigh Golf Lounge offers:

 

  • Golf simulators with course play, swing analysis, and skill-building features.

  • Barista-style coffee, gourmet snacks, and light bites.

  • Relaxation zones with lounge seating.

  • Personalized customer service.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Conduct

 

  • Guests must be at least 16 years old to use simulators unsupervised; children under 16 require adult supervision.

  • You agree to use our facilities responsibly, follow all posted safety instructions, and use only SkyHigh-provided or approved equipment.

  • Prohibited actions include: damaging equipment, swinging clubs in unsafe areas, excessive alcohol consumption (if applicable), or disruptive behavior. We may refuse service or remove individuals for noncompliance.

4. Membership

 

  • Membership provides access to premium simulator bookings, priority services, and exclusive promotions.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable and subject to change. We may terminate memberships for misuse or nonpayment with notice where required by law.

  • Benefits are personal and non-transferable.

5. Payment and Fees

 

  • All fees for services, memberships, or purchases (e.g., coffee/snacks) are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes may apply based on local regulations. Refunds are at SkyHigh’s discretion unless required by law.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability

 

  • Use of our simulators and facilities is at your own risk. You acknowledge inherent risks, including injury from swinging clubs, equipment failure, or slipping, and release SkyHigh, its owners, employees, affiliates, and airport partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • SkyHigh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7. Intellectual Property

 

  • All content, logos, and designs associated with SkyHigh Golf Lounge (e.g., "SkyHigh" name, website materials) are our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy

 

  • We collect and use personal information (e.g., name, payment details, booking history) per our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to such use.

9. Airport-Specific Rules

 

  • SkyHigh operates within U.S. airports under agreements with airport authorities. You must comply with all airport policies, including security and conduct rules. Additional terms may apply per location and will be posted onsite.

10. Termination

 

  • We may deny access or terminate your use of our services at any time for violating these Terms, unsafe behavior, or at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

 

  • SkyHigh is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, airport closures, pandemics).

12. Governing Law and Disputes

 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where each SkyHigh location operates (e.g., Colorado for DEN airport). Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in that state, unless otherwise required by law.
